Members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) from the Local Congregation of Siay, Ecclesiastical District of Buug, Zamboanga del Sur, in the Philippines, all the more proved their zeal in sharing the true faith to their fellowmen by participating in the Pasugo distribution drive and the worldwide evangelical mission on September 12 and 16, 2025, respectively.

On September 12, they were led by resident minister Brother Gerald Mallari in handing out free copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine to the residents of Barangay Salinding in the Municipality of Siay, whom they also invited to the worldwide evangelical mission.

A total of 115 residents received copies of the Church’s magazine, many of whom expressed their willingness to attend the succeeding event to listen to the teachings of God that the Iglesia Ni Cristo upholds.

On September 16, the brethren brought along guests, thereby filling to capacity their house of worship. Through livestreaming, they all listened to God’s teachings preached by Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo.

The Deputy Executive Minister cited verses from the Bible showing that the Lord God desires people to receive blessings not only in this life, but most of all, the promised salvation and eternal life on the condition that they remain obedient to His commands one of which is to listen to His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. He then presented the instruction of the Savior to enter His fold—the Church Of Christ—which Christ will save.

One of the guests in the evangelical mission, a Dutchman by the name of Rudolphe Richard Lampe, said that he “truly understood and appreciated the lesson taught,” and that he “will contemplate upon the words of God [that were] preached.”

“I am thankful to God for He allowed my efforts in sharing the faith not to end in vain,” expressed deaconess Crecencia Antalas. “I was able to invite one of my friends who, after hearing God’s words, did not hesitate to enroll as a doctrinal instructee.”

“Thanks be unto God for we were able to invite many guests, two of whom immediately decided to be enlisted as doctrinal instructees,” shared head deacon Reymond Duco. “I make sure to always lead my family and our local congregation in this endeavor of the Church despite the challenges I face for, through this, I know that God is glorified and pleased.”
