The Ecclesiastical District of Cebu City, Cebu, in the Philippines, held two activities simultaneously for youth members on August 8, 2026—the Binhi Friendship Day and Christian Brotherhood Internation (CBI) Unity Camp. Both activities were held at the open field of D’ Family Park in Talamban, Cebu City.

After leading a prayer, Brother Jomar B. Dueñas, the district supervising minister, delivered his opening remarks.

Afterwards, renditions of various INC original music filled the air. Songs such as Welcome, Kapatid Ko (Welcome, My Brethren), Influence The World, Still Blessed By God, Braver, Itanyag Ang Pagliligtas (Proclaim The Salvation), and Nananalig (Believing) were performed in duets, trios, and by dance groups.

Making the collaborated activities more special were traditional games that fostered teamwork and camaraderie among the youth members.

“All of us who attended realized all the more that activities being launched in the Church are always worth looking forward to,” shared Princess Noval, an INC student from the Alaska Congregation. “I personally saw how friendships were formed and made stronger through our activities today, which can make the performance of our duties more joyful,” she added.

After all the activities, the district edification overseer, Brother Eli Suralta led the closing prayer.

For CBI officers like Kristine Claire Sillar, CBI District Directress, the activity is “fulfilling because it inspired many more fellow INC students to be active in the Church Of Christ no matter how busy they are in pursuing their studies.”

“We thank our dear Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for these activities,” expressed district Binhi president, Jimmy Ralph Cinco. “We truly hope that we can continue to be of help in inspiring other youth members to unite in all activities of Christian Family Organizations.” — With assistance from Jenard U.
