Church members in the Local Congregation of Cubao, Ecclesiastical District of Central proved their dedication in the work of propagation through the evangelical mission held in their house of worship on April 1, 2025. It was officiated at by Brother Armando F. Ernie, minister of the gospel and senior instructor in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) School For Ministers (INC-SFM).

Brother Ernie pointed out from the Bible that God appointed Judgment Day. On that day, there will only be two kinds of people: those who will be saved and those who will be condemned. As that day fast approaches, people must not waste the opportunity which God gives them—they must strive to be among those who will be saved.

The Savior Christ Himself teaches, Brother Ernie emphasized, that one must enter the flock or Church Of Christ, which is the first step towards receiving salvation.

“The preaching was very clear. I noticed that the minister would always read from the Bible as he asked questions. That is why I am convinced that what he’s saying is the truth,” shared Precious Jade Ancheta, one of the more than a hundred guests. She later on decided to undergo studies on biblical doctrines upheld by the Church Of Christ.

Head deacon Alvin Riberta said that the local congregation prepared days prior to the event.

“Brethren in Cubao understand the importance of helping in the work of sharing the true faith, which is why whenever there are evangelical missions, Church members as led by the Church officers see to it that they unite with,” said resident minister Brother Edwin M. Guanzon on behalf of the congregation. — With reports from Marck Angelo R. Delos Reyes
