Located at Brgy. Can-abujon, Ronda, Cebu, the newly built house of worship of the Local Congregation of Ronda, in the Ecclesiastical District of Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines, has been dedicated to God through a special worship service that was held on November 28, 2025.

“Our hearts are filled with joy having our prayers answered, seeing how the Lord God’s eternal power is manifested in our congregation as we behold this magnificent house of worship,” enthused resident minister Joey Salvacion.

After a prayer to God by assistant district supervising minister Brother Ritchie Gonzales, district supervising minister Brother Abner C. Flores delivered God’s words written in the Bible. He emphasized the importance of the house of worship to God’s true servants. It is there where they conduct true worship of Him. It is there also where God Himself promises that He will answer the sincere and fervent prayers of His true worshipers.

“All the brethren’s sacrifices were not in vain with God answering our humble request. It’s Him Who helped us in sharing our faith, which is why membership here in our area have grown and keep increasing. And we will uphold such endeavors. After all, this is what God wants us to do,” Purificacion Basilisco, a Church officer for 42 years and a pioneer member in the congregation said.

“We are very thankful to the Executive Minister Brother Eduardo V. Manalo for leading us in obeying God’s commandment, that is, giving importance in building and maintaining houses of worship. To him, especially to the Lord God, we solemnly promise that we will take care of this sacred place where His glory dwells,” Brother Flores said on behalf of the district and the congregation. — With assistance from Arcel Lubugan
