On October 25, 2024, two years and a month after the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Sinait, in the Ecclesiastical District of Ilocos Sur, Philippines, underwent major renovation, it was rededicated to God through a special worship service.

The said momentous occasion was officiated at by Brother Marco Luisito Tamayo, district supervising minister.

“The house of worship is important to the lives of God’s true servants for it is where they worship and pray to Him,” said Corazon Talavera, a deaconess for 45 years now.

“Praises be to God and so many thanks to the Church Administration for this beautiful house of worship,” enthused Floro Yoro, the congregation’s head deacon.

The 185-seater new house of worship replaces the former house of worship which was built in 1981. Together with it, a parsonage and offices for various departments were also built. During the renovation, a temporary place of worship was built, in a part of the property of the couple Amando Ingan Sr., head deacon, and Agnesta Ingan, deaconess.

On behalf of the congregation, Brother Ranier Fallet, resident ministerial worker, said, “Our Almighty God and the Church Administration can expect that we will take good care of the house of worship.” — With reports from Edlyn Antolin of INC News Section
