Following the approval of its establishment, the members of the Gadgaron Group Worship Service (GWS) conducted its inaugural worship service on April 15, 2026.

Its place of worship, also newly constructed by the brethren themselves, is located in Barangay Gadgaron, Matnog, Sorsogon, Philippines, approximately four kilometers from the Local Congregation of Matnog which it was originally a part of. It remains, though, under the supervision of the said congregation’s resident minister, who currently is Brother Carlos Mariano.

Sorsogon Ecclesiastical District supervising minister, Brother Ruel Reyes, officiated at the worship service. During the study of God’s words, he encouraged the congregants keep growing in their faith by, among others, participating in all Church activities, thus, securing their salvation on Judgment Day. Brother Reyes then urged the brethren to take care of their place of worship to please the Lord, so that He may continue dwelling in their lives.

“I thank the Church Administration, under the leadership of Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the Church’s Executive Minister, for approving our local congregation’s request to establish a GWS that is more accessible for our attending the worship services,” said Efren Nalugon, a head deacon.

“I’ve long been hoping for the fruition of this GWS considering its significant help for the brethren to become even more active in their services to God,” said Aika Pajara, the GWS’ secretary. “It’s truly a blessing as we no longer have to travel far.”—With reports from Isravalrey Valdez
