A total of 104 prospective members received baptism in the Ecclesiastical District of Agusan Del Sur during baptismal gatherings respectively held at the houses of worship of the Local Congregations of San Francisco and Trento on May 23, 2026.

Brother Felix Villabrille Jr., district supervising minister, officiated at the baptismal gathering in San Francisco, while Brother Hernane Agias, assistant district supervising minister, in Trento. After listening to the Bible-based lesson, the baptismal candidates first took their oath of membership. Then, they were baptized.

Among those baptized was Florita Tupaz from the Local Congregation of Sta. Josefa. She shared, “Here in the Iglesia Ni Cristo, my heart and mind have been truly enlightened about how the proper way of serving the true God is conducted. I’m very thankful that I have now become a member of the true Church. I will cherish this blessing. I will never allow myself to be separated from the true service to God.”

“It is truly a blessing from the Father that I’ve become a member of the Church Of Christ, ” said Lolita Gitgit Bandojo, former Pentecostal Church member now a newly baptized member from Noli Congregation. “I am very happy that I have now received baptism.” — With assistance from Brother Rayson Dela Peña
