In commemoration of its 98th anniversary, the Local Congregation of Victoria in the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac, conducted an evangelical mission at the Sta. Barbara Covered Court in Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Victoria, Tarlac, Philippines on May 29, 2026.

Days prior to the event, the brethren distributed copies of Pasugo: God’s Message magazine to their neighbors and acquaintances and at the same time took the opportunity of inviting them to listen to the biblical teachings upheld by the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

Brother Herminio Guimary Jr., resident minister, officiated at the evangelical mission. Through the Bible, he emphasized the importance of receiving God’s teachings, primarily being in the true Church, that is, the Church Of Christ being the only one that will lead people to salvation come Judgment Day.

“I attended this gathering because I wanted to listen to God’s words,” said guest Estella Dupa. “I learned that entering the narrow path leads to salvation.”

“Through the years, we have remained united in helping in the work of propagation,” shared Bellaflor Gaoat, a deaconess. “Seeing the Lord God’s blessings upon our congregation inspires us to continue sharing our faith with others.”

On behalf of the brethren, Brother Herminio expressed their resolve to remain steadfast in serving the Lord God and united with the Church Administration. “No matter what circumstances may come into our lives, we promise to continue sharing the faith so that more people will return to God,” he said. — With reports from Hazel Mae Abuan
