On September 20, 2025, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Albay, in the Philippines, gathered at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Legazpi City for a leadership seminar.

From the INC Central Office, the Church Administration sent ministers of the gospel Brothers Jeff de Guia and Leo Villanueva to lead the event, with the active support from the district leadership.

In the event, the Church officers were reminded that they must not only lead the brethren under their care in obeying God’s will. “We must also help each other to stay committed to serving God,” shared Gerry Renta, Buklod district president and from Malilipot Congregation. “We learned how important it is to always visit the brethren and know how they are doing, to keep them strong in the faith.”

Having the officers enriched with the knowledge of properly carrying out their duties, the seminar’s goal was thus met, that is, “the officers gained effective ways of leading the brethren, as well as a clearer understanding of the guidance from the   on how to further care for and inspire their brethren,” said district CFO overseer Brother Philip Bacena.

When the officers were reminded about their obligations and responsibilities as leaders, such as in the Binhi organization, Binhi district president Cristine Morales from Legazpi Congregation, shared her zeal: “I promise that no matter the trials, I will remain faithfully performing my duty because I know this is a great blessing from the Lord God.”
