Determined to continue doing the things that please God, the Ecclesiastical District of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, conducted a district-wide evangelical mission on February 18, 2025. The Church Administration sent Brother Rommel Topacio, minister of the gospel, to lead the evangelistic activity which was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Bongabong. Around 1,300 guests accepted the invitation of the brethren and listened to the proclamation of God’s words.

In his preaching, Brother Topacio emphasized through the Holy Scriptures that joining the true Church, the Iglesia Ni Cristo, is indispensable towards receiving salvation on Judgment Day. It is where Christ commands people to enter for them to be saved.

Maria Sanmocte, guest of the Bansud Congregation, shared, “I’m grateful for being invited here, hearing one of the [biblical] doctrines upheld by the INC. The minister explained that the Bible proves that all people can be saved but they must become parts or members of the Church Of Christ which was redeemed with the blood of Christ.”

“I am amazed not only by the large crowd and the orderliness of the activity, but also by how the minister preached. He presented the answers directly from the Bible. I am grateful to have witnessed such a significant event and am happy to be invited again,” expressed Orelya Delacion, guest of Sta. Cruz Congregation.

“I learned that membership in the true Church Of Christ is essential for man’s salvation on Judgment Day,” said Rico Cababa, one of the guests.

“The efforts of the brethren bore fruits. More than a thousand guests attended the activity. This is just the start for them. We will continue to invite them to Bible studies and worship services so that they would learn about the teachings of God that we uphold inside the Church Of Christ. On behalf of all the brethren, Church officers, ministers, and ministerial workers, we give thanks to God for the success of the activity. All the glory belongs to Him,” said district Light Of Salvation overseer Brother Joseph Feting. — With reports from Nikko Delos Angeles of INC News Section
