On August 21, 2022, the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, Canada hosted the “CFO Family Fun Games.”
The sports activity “encourages brethren to exercise, to maintain physical health and, most of all, spiritual health, as it allows them to gather together, and enjoy each other’s company,” shared Brother Clark Kevin Aquino, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer.
Held at the basketball court of Vanier College, Montreal, Quebec, the event opened with the Kids Basketball back-to-back with the three-point competition. An open volleyball followed.
“I got to play basketball with my friends, and show unity with the Church Administration,” enthused Brother Danrik Razon, Children’s Worship Service (CWS) choir member in the Local Congregation of Beaconsfield.
Brother Jose Razon II, district supervising minister, led the awarding ceremony at the conclusion of the activity. — With reports from INC News Section
