On July 12, 2026, Church officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Florida & Caribbean attended a special gathering led by the district supervising minister, Brother Garry C. Garcia. The house of worship of the Local Congregation of Miami, Florida, served as the host site. Other local congregations located throughout mainland Florida and the Caribbean  connected via livestreaming.

In his Bible-based homily, Brother Garcia reminded the officers of their respective duty’s importance which redounds to their firm faith in the Almighty God.

“I feel truly blessed that our Lord God has entrusted me with this sacred duty,” shared Analyn Morelli, a newly sworn Deaconess from West Palm Beach Congregation. “I firmly believe that this office is a precious gift and a sacred responsibility entrusted to me by our Lord God, and I will strive to fulfill it faithfully.”

“Church officers received inspiration to remain united in love, purpose, and service by faithfully fulfilling their calling and duties in order to all the more glorify and serve our Almighty God,”  Brother Garcia in an interview afterwards.—With assistance from Christian Paolo Cudia and Renee Suarez
