A new house of worship for the Local Congregation of Tapaz, in the Ecclesiastical District of Capiz, Philippines, was dedicated to God on August 21, 2026 in a worship service officiated at by Brother Herbert C. Lazala, district supervising minister.

After the brethren offered sincere thanksgiving and praises to the Almighty God through hymns and prayers, Brother Lazala taught using the Bible the importance of houses of worship and how God’s servants can prove that they truly value them.

“As a Church officer, I promise to cherish and care for this new and beautiful house of worship by helping maintain its beauty, cleanliness, and security,” expressed Elma Panza, head secretary and choir member.

“With a much more beautiful house of worship, we promise to all the more help the Church Administration in propagating the pure gospel here,” said Brother Feljay Besa, resident ministerial worker.

“This new and beautiful house of worship is a great blessing from the Lord God,” enthused Brother Lazala. “In the house of worship, we are able to fulfill our primary duty to the Almighty God, which is to worship Him,” Brother Lazala added.

The newly constructed 180-seater house of worship can be found in Barangay Initan, Tapaz , Capiz. It is equipped with modern features such as CCTV camera system, a room for technical support for video streaming (TSV), and the Johannus organ.
