“As Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers, we ought to take good care of our young brethren so they will grow up as true Christians,” stated Kurt Russel Zamora CWS officer from Banawang Congregation, Bataan South Ecclesiastical District. He was among the CWS officers in the said district who attended the special gathering held at the Balanga house of worship on June 6, 2025, officiated at by the district supervising minister Brother Melvin Cayabyab.
Citing from the Holy Scriptures, Brother Cayabyab emphasized the importance of taking care of the Church’s young members. He also exhorted the CWS officers to fully dedicate themselves to fulfilling the sacred duty entrusted upon them despite the world’s worsening condition.
In relation to the lesson taught, minister of the gospel Brother Milbert Nacionales shared that “CWS officers must also strive to become effective instruments in honing young brethren towards being faithful Christians who will please the Almighty God.”
Jiselle Mandigma, CWS officer from Sabatan Congregation shared that through God’s teachings that she received, she “was inspired to remain faithful in the midst of trials for the Lord God never abandons His loyal servants.”
Gem Patungan, CWS president from Balanga Congregation expressed her thankfulness to the Church Administration “for their guidance to both CWS members and officers which made us more zealous and steadfast in our faith, and inspired us to never abandon the young brethren entrusted upon our care.” — With reports from Paula Dimaculangan of INC News Section
