Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) membership in Lisbon continues to grow as its group worship service in Portugal’s capital conducted another holy baptism on May 22, 2021.
Brother Harley Alcantara, assistant district supervising minister of the Ecclesiastical District of Spain, led the service held at the place of worship of the Lisbon GWS prior to the baptismal proper.
Afterwards, the candidates for baptism were transported to the Hotel Londres Estoril, a few kilometers from the place of worship, where a pool was designated for their baptism administered by Brother Julius Lansangan, district edification overseer.
Among the newly baptized brethren were two Portuguese, Thiago Rocha and Diana Pinhão. In an interview, they expressed their gratitude to the Church Administration for the love and care. Above all, they promised to the Lord God to be even more active in their services and worship of Him. — With reports from INC News Section
