Questions about the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) and its faith were answered straight from the Bible during the “Friday Youth Mission – Open Forum” that the Ecclesiastical District of South Central States, in the United States of America, held on January 30, 2026.

Members of the KADIWA and Binhi organizations and the officers in the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) took the forefront in inviting guests, who in the open forum were given opportunities to ask any question about religion, especially the Church and the biblical teachings it upholds.

District supervising minister Brother Andrey B. Silva fielded questions from the guests, consulting solely the Bible for the answers without giving personal opinions or views. Also present was resident minister Brother Paul Ignacio of Dallas, Texas Congregation.

The whole proceeding, which took place at the said congregation’s function hall, was livestreamed to other local congregations’ place of worship in the district located in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma City, Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Kansas.

The youth members and their invitees alike showed appreciation for the holding of the open forum. “It’s important to [hold this type of activity] because for people who aren’t part of this Church, their questions could be answered,” said a guest of the Dallas, Texas Congregation named Franzine Sevillo.

“Activities like this allow the youth members to express themselves in a safe environment and they feel that they are heard by the leadership, such as the ministers [on behalf of] the Church Administration,” KADIWA member Lennea Dayrit from the said congregation expressed. “It [forum] shows that our leaders and officers care for the brethren and in their faith.”

“Asking questions and being curious about your faith is so important especially if we want to develop it,” said another KADIWA member, Miguel Racho. “This activity is a direct way of learning the Church and I think it’s better overall for encouraging in learning about our faith,” added Binhi member Polo Ignacio. Both of them hail from the same aforementioned congregation.

“Our faith in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) is really strong. We follow what’s in the Bible; we don’t give our own opinion,” said CWS member Elijah Silva from the Blue Ridge, Texas Congregation.
