Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers of local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Benguet attended a seminar on May 23, 2026, which aimed to reinforce their zeal in performing their Church duties.

The Church Administration sent ministers of the gospels assigned in the CFO Office, Brothers Reino Bilang and Riel Fadallan, to lead the seminar, which took place at the La Trinidad Congregation house of worship.

“This activity approved by the Church Administration aimed to reinvigorate the officers’ zeal as they fulfill their duties,” district CFO overseer, Brother John Felix Dungan, who assisted the two ministers, said. “In doing so, they must abide by God’s will and by the rules implemented within the Church. They must be found devoted in their obligations no matter what they face in life or no matter how busy they might become in their aspirations.”

The seminar emphasized the vital role of Church officers in fulfilling the objectives of the various CFO organizations to ensure that each Church member is able to uphold their services to the Lord God to the end.

Brother Fadallan discussed proper planning and execution of various CFO events. Brother Bilang reminded the attendees about the mission and vision of the CFOs Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi, emphasizing that their guiding principles are based on biblical precepts. Hence, the seminar all the more encouraged the officers to guide the faithful to lead a life blessed by God and bound by His commandments.

Henry Caranto, district KADIWA president of the Baguio City Congregation said, “This activity refreshed to me the effective ways by which I can fulfill my duties properly. I received inspiration during the lecture. On my part, I will be more active in the works of the Church.” — With assistance from Heidi Mateo
