The Local Congregation of Sariaya in the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon West, Philippines, recently reached its 90th anniversary.

In commemoration of this, its members conducted a special worship service on June 20, 2026 to offer thanks and praises to the Lord God for all His blessings and guidance through the years.

The Church Administration sent Brother Arnel A. Tumanan, the Church’s Edification Overseer, to officiate at the sacred occasion.

During his preaching of God’s words, he gave emphasis to the biblical truth that there is only one true religion—the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ)—into which God Himself, by His mercy, calls people to become members. Brother Tumanan exhorted the congregants to be firm in their calling and stand their ground against false beliefs.

“I’m truly glad to have attended and performed my duty in this sacred gathering … to celebrate our milestone anniversary,” expressed Desiree Sandoval, choir member.

For Rubelyn Cardona, a deaconess for nearly 15 years now, the worship gathering further inspired her to “keep performing this sacred duty of mine and uphold all of God’s commands. Thanks be to Him for the spiritually strengthening and the unforgettable experience.”

“We were all excited from the very beginning for we were hopeful of a memorable and blessed worship service, and we have indeed received it,” enthused Brother Wilfredo Fortes, resident minister. On behalf of the brethren, he promised, “We will not waste the great blessing from God that we received and keep our unity with the Church Administration by fulfilling our duties no matter what.”
