Brethren from the Local Congregation of Roxas City, Ecclesiastical District of Capiz, Philippines were blessed with a new house of worship, which they dedicated to the Lord God through a special worship service on December 12, 2020.
Brother Edgardo Gonzales, district supervising minister, officiated at the dedication worship service.
“The brethren in the Local Congregation of Roxas City are very happy, as well as the whole District of Capiz, because despite the pandemic, this house of worship in the center of the district has been dedicated to God. Houses of worship are very important because here we conduct our worship services and thanksgiving to God,” said Brother Gonzales.
The 700-seater house of worship is located at Brgy. Punta Tabuk, Roxas City, Capiz.
More than lending itself as a new landmark in the second largest city in Panay Island, the stately sacred edifice serves as a constant reminder to the brethren that the Lord is in the midst of His people and a sanctuary where they can take refuge in Him.
“The brethren in this local congregation are truly blessed because God through the Church Administration gave them a new house of worship. To God be the glory,” Brother Gonzales added. — With reports from INC News Section
