Members of the Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) in the Ecclesiastical District of Paniqui, Tarlac attended a refresher on Emergency First Response (EFR). It was held at the Poblacion Norte Covered Court, Mayantoc, Paniqui, Tarlac, on September 13, 2025.

Neil Rafael, a retired chief from the Bureau of Fire Protection in Tarlac, served as the seminar’s resource speaker. He provided instruction on essential life-saving techniques, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and other fundamental first aid procedures critical in emergency response situations.

Mabilang Congregation SCAN officer Teodoro Mirasol said, “I thank the Church Administration for organizing this kind of activity. It has given me the knowledge of basic first aid skills, which are essential in performing my duty.”

“This seminar is truly helpful as it provides me with knowledge on how to respond effectively in emergency situations, enabling me to help not only fellow Church members but also nonmembers alike,” expressed Balloc Congregation SCAN officer Raynald Domingo.

District Christian Family Organizations overseer Brother Geovan Enriquez supervised the activity.
