Heeding the biblical teaching to do good to those in need, brethren from the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North volunteered in a blood donation drive conducted on April 18, 2026.

Held at the New Era University (NEU) Pampanga Branch covered court, the humanitarian event was graced by the presence of Brother Arnel A. Agorilla, district supervising minister, and Brother Ynad Pascual, district Christian Family Organizations overseer.

The activity, participated in by a total of 125 registered donors, was held in coordination with the Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), which received the 96 bags of blood collected.

The district Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) facilitated the activity, with the joint efforts of the district Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN) members, particularly the Emergency First Responder (EFR) officers; the Church’s Social Services Office (SSO); and the JBLMGH, the latter of which also the event’s recipient.

The conduct of this humanitarian activity is “very important being a great help to INC members, even nonmembers,” said Marianne Reyes, a medical technologist and the district CMDPS president.

“As members of the Church, this is our way of sharing God’s love and message of faith,” shared Lauralyn Agorilla, the district supervising minister’s wife, who volunteered as blood donor. “By helping save lives through blood donation, I hope to inspire others and show them the importance of loving our fellowmen.”
