The Ecclesiastical District of New South Wales, Australia, commemorated its 50th anniversary on October 4, 2026 by holding a district-wide evangelical mission for the proclamation of God’s words at the Kingswood High School auditorium.

Brother Seth Gutierrez, district supervising minister, led the Bible study in which he discussed the necessity of joining the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in order to be saved on the nearing Judgment Day.

Brethren throughout the district brought hundreds of invited guests as part of their united efforts to share the true faith.

“When I heard about this event, I invited her right away, and fortunately, she agreed to attend,” Mercy Ondozo from the Newcastle Congregation said about invited her friend and coworker named Mei. “I really want to share my faith with my close friends like Mei and let them know about the Church Of Christ and the salvation [on Judgment Day] that can only be found here.”

Some guests expressed their interest in learning more about the Church’s teachings. One of them named Lezeo Lego said, “I got curious about learning the teachings upheld by the Iglesia Ni Cristo, that’s why I came here.”

“I’d be glad to be able to explore more about this study and read the Bible,” said another one who identified as Meitao Wang.

“My fellow brothers and sisters in the faith are active in helping in the work of propagation because they firmly believe that God will help them in doing so,” Brother Gutierrez said in an interview. “As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Church Of Christ here in Australia, it is so important that we continue to share our faith so that more people in the country will learn about the way to salvation.” — With assistance from Marwyn Daeniel Galang
