The newly constructed office building of the Ecclesiastical District of Metro Manila South was inaugurated on May 10, 2026.

It is located within the chapel compound of the Local Congregation of Muntinlupa.

The event was part of the district’s commemoration of the 140th birth anniversary of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, God’s Messenger in these last days.

It took place right after the special gathering of Church officers from across the district held at the house of worship of the said congregation.

Brother Rene J. Panoncillo, the Church’s General Secretary, officiated at the special gathering. He also led the ribbon-cutting ceremony, accompanied by district supervising minister Brother Jerick S. dela Cruz.

The ceremony began with a prayer led by Brother Jojo Vicente, district edification overseer. Brother Teodorico Lapada Jr., assistant district supervising minister, then delivered the opening remarks.

Thereafter, the Muntinlupa Chorus, which received recognition during the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) national competitions, rendered a musical presentation.

Afterwards, Brother dela Cruz, district supervising minister, delivered an inspirational message emphasizing “the importance of the new office as a center for the district’s administrative operations.” In an interview, he added that it “is open to all the brethren and that they are warmly welcome to visit, as it is intended to serve their needs in relation to their membership in the Church.”

After the unveiling of the building’s signage and marker, Brothers Panoncilio and dela Cruz, together with their respective families, led in a tour of the new facility.

The three-storey edifice houses 13 office rooms for various departments, including the secretariat, edification, finance, CFO, Light of Salvation (LOS), and Technical Support for Video Streaming (TSV).
