To all the more inspire the doctrinal instructees and prospective members in the Ecclesiastical District of Micronesia, simultaneous gatherings were held on June 22, 2025.

District supervising minister Brother Joven Sepillo Jr. and assistant district supervising minister Brother Julius Malabanan officiated at these gatherings at the houses of worship of Guam and Saipan, CNMI Congregations, respectively. Those gathered at other local congregations connected via videoconferencing.

“This gathering for the would-be members is very important as this helped them reinforce their knowledge of God’s words,” shared district Light of Salvation (LOS) overseer Brother Vilmar Espiritu. “This is also in line with the Church Administration’s desire to edify the brethren as early as they’re still in the process of joining the Church,” he added.

Doctrinal instructee Angela Buenaventura expressed her gratitude to the brethren who are “always there to support me. They’re diligent when they were still inviting me in their Bible studies and that zeal doesn’t change.”

“It was nice meeting my fellow Bible students in the occasion,” shared another doctrinal instructee Walter Mendoza.

Speaking on behalf of the district, Brother Espiritu promised that “through the stewardship of our district supervising ministers, we will continue being united with the Church Administration in spreading the gospel here in Micronesia.” — With reports from Roger Villegas Jr.
