As a result of the eagerness of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in Macau Ecclesiastical District in sharing the faith, more people received baptism on March 23, 2025 at Macau Congregation’s house of worship.

District supervising minister Brother Celestino Bacsafra officiated at the said gathering. By citing verses from the Bible, he pointed out to the would-be members that membership in the true Church is a great blessing from God. He then exhorted them that as years continue to pass by, they ought to remain steadfast and abound in the faith.

Glenda De Guzman, among the newly baptized from Barra Congregation, shared that when she heard the biblical teachings upheld in the Church, she “was convinced that this is the truth that people need to understand towards the attainment of salvation.”

Meanwhile, Joy Mundo, also one of the newly baptized from the same congregation, expressed, “I am happy for despite all trials that I faced, I was able to endure, and now, I am baptized into the Church Of Christ.”

Afterwards, the newly baptized members together with doctrinal instructees and prospective members gathered for a ‘Welcome, My Brethren’ activity that was organized by Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers in the district.

During the said activity, brethren from various local congregations entertained the attendees with musical performances featuring INC Original Music. The attendees also enjoyed taking part in wholesome games likewise prepared for them.

“I learned many things upon hearing God’s words taught in the Church. These and the warm welcome of the brethren encouraged me to join the Church,” stated newly baptized Ma. Ivie Castellanes from Macau Congregation. — With reports from Miraflor Rimerata, Cris Evert Oasan-Pluma, and KC Tuazon of INC News Section
