Officers of the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) in the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North underwent an enhancement seminar on April 26, 2026 at the house of worship of the Angeles City Congregation.

Brother Ralph Francis Esguerra, CFO Coordinator, together with ministers of the gospel serving in the CFO Office, led this worthwhile activity aimed at helping the officers stay motivated and enthusiastic in performing their duties.

After the opening prayer led by Brother Ynad Pascual, district CFO overseer, the district officers of the CFOs discussed common challenges faced by their respective organizations. The attendees shared suggestions on how to address these issues with the end in view of further improving themselves in doing their respective tasks.

During the seminar, the CFO officers were reminded of the vision and mission behind the establishment of the various organizations. They were also guided on the proper conduct when visiting the brethren. This knowledge is essential for approaching the brethren on a personal level.

Gabrielle Delos Santos, district multimedia secretary from the F. Manalo, Angeles Congregation, expressed her appreciation for the enhancement seminar. Although she recently graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Information Technology, Delos Santos does not rely solely on her academic achievements in performing her duties. “It is a great blessing to serve as an officer in the Church,” she said, “but I can only do this with the help of the Lord God.”

Afterwards, Brother Esguerra delivered a Bible-based lecture highlighting the noble objectives of the seminar. He encouraged them to wholeheartedly fulfill their God-given duties and to strengthen their faith by cultivating goodness so that they could effectively help the Church Administration in nurturing the spiritual welfare of the brethren.

The CFO Coordinator conveyed the heartfelt appreciation of Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, Deputy Executive Minister, of the CFO officers’ efforts in this regard. Brother Esguerra then led the closing prayer.

“One of the main reasons the CFO was established is to instill Christian values in every member of the household,” explained Brother Gem Josol, one of the ministers assigned to the CFO Office. “Hence, such meaningful activities are conducted to help CFO officers become effective instruments in strengthening family relationships worthy of salvation.” — With reports from John Jebric Santos and Myrna Tinio
