A total of 305 Technical Support for Videostreaming (TSV) officers from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Cavite gathered at the Local Congregation of Bacoor house of worship for a specialized skills enhancement seminar on August 22, 2026.

Brother Eli C. Hebrew, district supervising minister, with Brother Philip Hernandez, district officers overseer, presided over the seminar, which aimed to hone the technical capabilities of the officers to ensure seamless multimedia presentations during worship services and other Church activities.

The training session focused on handling modern digital tools, formatting presentations (including PPTX and VLC formats), and operating TV monitors and LED wall displays.

Resource speaker, Darrell Abug, TSV lead from the Queens Row Congregation, provided comprehensive, practical guides on achieving smooth operations during livestreamed worship services and specialized video streaming activities.

Rachel Anne Florante, assistant TSV lead of the Alapan Congregation explained that the seminar “is also considered as a refresher course for technical knowledge.”

Aznette Nicole Delfin, TSV officer from Malagasang Congregation, added, “I will definitely follow these updated guidelines and instructions to avoid technical errors during worship services.”

Lance Julian Barzaga, a TSV officer from the F. Manalo Congregation shared that the seminar “helped improve my skills which I use in fulfilling my duty.” 

In another interview, Nyon Ken Landicho from Bacoor Congregation expressed his “hope to learn even more about operating technical equipment and applications such as OBS, audio setups, and video recording systems to properly execute my technical tasks.”

On behalf of everyone involved in the activity, Brother Carlo Dolar, district TSV overseer, said, “We express our utmost gratitude to the Church Administration for launching these programs, ensuring that our TSV officers keep pace with rapid technological advancements.”
