The afternoon of June 26, 2021 saw Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Capital City, Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa conduct a clean-up drive along the bank of Rideau River in Mooney’s Bay Park, Ottawa, Canada.
Mr. Riley Brockington, a City Councilor, joined the brethren in this environmental protection activity under the Church’s INC Giving Project.
Wearing their INC Giving shirts and jackets, face mask, and sanitary gloves, the Church members picked up litter and properly disposed of them in garbage bags.
“Thank you very much for all of your effort here cleaning up the shoreline along the Rideau River,” said Mr. Brockington. “We really appreciate it. We know it’s part of your INC project. Muchas gracias.” — With reports from INC News Section
