“It is very inspiring to see the brethren’s active participation and unity to share the Good News of salvation with other people despite the cold weather,” said Rodolfo Aterrado Jr., head deacon.

Despite the wintry weather, brethren from the Local Congregation of Ashburton, Ecclesiastical District of New Zealand South, remain unhindered in sharing the true faith by handing out copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine and religious pamphlets. The activity took place in Lake Tekapo, a township in South Island, New Zealand, on July 12, 2026. They were led by their resident minister, Brother Dante Ariola Jr.

The brethren also shared God’s words through meaningful conversations and extended invitations to evangelical missions and worship services for the recipients to learn more about the biblical teachings upheld in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

Among those who participated in this activity were Gerald Casiao, a deacon, and his wife Princess, a deaconess. “I am happy to share my faith,” enthused Gerald. “What motivates me to participate in this activity is my love for God and genuine concern for my fellowmen,” said Princess.

“It’s also very fulfilling that many people warmly accepted the Pasugo magazines and gave their time to listen to our invitation for them,” said Gemma Tampipi, finance officer.

“The Pasugo drive even during the winter season, when the weather presents certain challenges, is part of response to the call of the Church Administration, through the leadership of our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, to intensify the work of propagation,” shared Brother Ariola.
