For the third time this year, the Local Congregation of Batia in the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan South, held an evangelical mission attended by the hundreds on April 7, 2026 at the covered court of Northville V Elementary School, Barangay Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan, Philippines.
The first two evangelical missions were held earlier this year, on January 23 and March 22.
Led by district Light of Salvation overseer, Brother Rodolfo Moredo, and district Church officers overseer, Brother Raymond Rico, these drew 973 and 534 guests, respectively.
The third and most recent had 650 guests, with Brother Leo Gerrad Marc Lazaro, district Christian Family Organization overseer, teaching God’s words.
In his preaching, Brother Lazaro emphasized the biblical truth, primarily joining the true Church Of Christ, that will lead people nowadays to salvation on Judgment Day.
“I understood from the lesson that God is just as He is merciful, that is, He gives punishment but first provides warning through His messengers so that people may be saved,” a guest named Nora del Rosario said in an interview. “After hearing this, I decided to continue listening to the teachings upheld in the Church Of Christ.”
Daniel Brigino, head deacon of Batia Congregation, who brought along del Rosario said, “I invite people to attend evangelical missions so that they will have the opportunity to learn the truth written in the Bible. Holding such activity in a large venue like this allows more people to benefit spiritually. I hope my loved ones and neighbors receive the true faith that will lead them to salvation.”
Another guest by the name of Kieffer Santos expressed, “I’m glad to join gatherings like this where the words of God are taught. I’ve listened many times before, and I understand that there truly is an end coming so near. I personally decided to be enlisted as doctrinal instructee to learn more of God’s teachings.”
