Around 200 members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) from Batasan Hills 1 Congregation in Quezon City Ecclesiastical District, Philippines, united in an INC Giving activity on February 28, 2025.

Before proceeding to Freedom Park 1 in Barangay Batasan Hills, the brethren gathered in their congregation’s house of worship. They were led in a prayer by local Christian Family Organizations overseer Brother Cris John Crisostomo. Afterwards, resident minister Brother Dennis Centeno, gave instructions to assure the orderliness of the activity.

In the venue, groups of brethren handed free sandwiches and bottled water to commuters and passers-by.

“The brethren were eager to take part in this activity,” expressed local Buklod president Noli Verceles. “We may be tired after the activity, but seeing the smiles of our fellowmen brought us joy for we understand that our efforts were not in vain.”

“The brethren themselves eagerly proposed the activity to be held,” attested Brother Crisostomo. “Upon receiving the Church Administration’s approval of the activity, the brethren excitedly did the necessary preparations.”

In an interview, Brother Centeno explained that “this activity, which was held in obedience to the biblical teaching to do good to others, manifests the earnest desire of members of the Church Of Christ to always please the Almighty God.”
