With the Church Administration’s approval, the Group Worship Service of Australind in the Ecclesiastical District of Western Australia has become a full-fledged congregation. Its inaugural worship service was held on September 14, 2025 at the house of worship of the Fremantle Local Congregation.

District supervising minister Brother Nolly Esperanza officiated at the sacred gathering. In his preaching of God’s words, he reminded the brethren that God deems worthy the services of Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members, thus, their labors in their services to God are never in vain.

After the sermon, district Church officers overseer Brother Joemel Remoticado administered the oath-taking of additional officers of the new local congregation. After the worship service proper, he also led the giving of awards of recognition to the Church officers who have shown unyielding and steadfast faith and dedication and loyalty to their sacred duties.

In an interview later, Brother Esperanza said, “The establishment of this local congregation will all the more inspire the brethren to show their dedication in serving God and in propagating His words so that more people will know the true Church Of Christ.”

The Australind Congregation’s resident ministerial worker, Brother Paolo Marteja, said that its establishment is “a milestone in our district, for this is the first local congregation established since Western Australia became an ecclesiastical district.”

“I am very happy because our group worship service is now a local congregation. I firmly believe that this is God’s answer to our devotional prayers,” said head deacon and pioneer member Ronnie Phaul Visleno. “The challenges the brethren faced in traveling to the place of worship taught them how to sacrifice for their services to the Lord God.”
