On December 13 and 14, 2020, Church members from the Local Congregation of Port Moresby and Madang Group Worship Service (GWS), Ecclesiastical District of Australia West united in conducting outreach-evangelical missions at their respective communities.
On the first day, Brother Regino Manangan Jr., minister of the gospel, preached God’s words to the residents of Erima and Gordons Village in Port Moresby. He introduced to them the one true Church the Bible teaches. After the evangelical mission, guests received food parcels and copies of Pasugo: God’s Message magazine.
On the next day, Brother Manangan traveled to Madang, which is on the north coast of Papua New Guinea. He also conducted an evangelical mission there, after which was the handing out of food parcels and Pasugo magazines.
Many guests from both outreach-evangelical missions not only thanked the brethren but also volunteered to enlist as doctrinal instructees, to know more about the teachings upheld inside the Church. Kes Koimi, a guest, said, “I want to thank the Iglesia Ni Cristo for taking the initiative to distribute the food parcels, and to propagate the words of God.”
The brethren in Papua New Guinea said they will always be united with the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, by diligently sharing their faith and doing good to those who need it. — With reports from INC News Section
