Fifteen local congregations and three extensions of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the Kidapawan area of the Ecclesiastical District of Cotabato North joined efforts to conduct an evangelical mission on September 8, 2026.

The members from local congregations of Binay, Magpet, Magkaalam, Balabag, Manongol, Kidapawan, Icdang Village, Sumbac, Capitol, Makilala, Bulacanon, Kalasuyan, Del Pilar, Paco, Nueva Vida, Bangkal Extension, Perez Extension, and Linangkob Extension acted as one in inviting their nonmember friends and relatives to listen to the pure gospel. They all gathered at the house of worship of the Kidapawan Congregation.

Brother Generico N. Gamboa, district supervising minister, led the study of God’s words written in the Bible. He taught that serving God according to His commandments inside the true Church that is of Christ is the way toward receiving salvation.

Lydia Sicao, a guest from Magpet, said, “When I was invited to listen to the teachings upheld by the Church Of Christ, I said ‘yes’ because the brethren were so kind.” She further observed, “The lesson was very clear.”

For Violeta Oligario, a deaconess from the Kidapawan Congregation, success in the work of propagation comes from God. Thus, she said, “I always ask Him to use me as an instrument in calling more people to be called into the Church.”

“We thank our Lord God for granting us victory in this holy endeavor. Through His help, the venue was filled with guests, many of whom expressed their desire to learn more about the doctrines we uphold,” said Brother Ryan Balaba, resident minister of the Kidapawan Congregation. — With reports from Norvin Enrique and District Multimedia
