The Ecclesiastical District of Quezon reached its 90th anniversary the same day the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) reached its 112th anniversary: July 27, 2026. Celebrating both, an estimated 5,000 brethren there attended an INConcert at the Quezon Convention Center in Lucena City, Quezon, Philippines on August 2, 2026.

The program began with an opening prayer led by Brother Manuel Vinuya, district edification overseer. Brother Eduardo Olipas, assistant district supervising minister, delivered the opening remarks to welcome the gathered brethren.

The event’s highlight followed, which was the reading of the message from the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, by district supervising minister, Brother Criselio C. De Lazo.

Attendees were then treated to live rendition of the INC original music by talented brethren, including Forever INC, Hide And Seek, Kahit Anong Mangyari, Makikipagkaisa Kami (No Matter What Happens, We Will Unite), Lagi Tayong Magpakatatag (Let Us Always Remain Firm), and Sumasampalataya Tayo (We Believe).

The event also featured an audio-visual presentation of the district’s history; a photo exhibit was mounted in the venue. Rhian Joy Elises, a choir member from the Lucban Congregation, shared their significance, “It is important for brethren to remember the history so that we can understand and appreciate the roots and humble beginnings of our district.”

Closing remarks from Brother Arlenbert Aniciete, district Light of Salvation overseer, and a closing prayer led by Brother Oscar Sulit Jr., district Christian Family Organizations overseer, concluded the program.

“It’s wonderful for me as a youth to witness just how zealous the brethren are,” said Johnela Mherli Estopin, a local secretariat officer from the Abang Congregation. “Seeing such is truly helpful in fortifying my faith.”

“Having a part in this program is incredibly unique and makes me joyful. The experience also filled me with hope and faith,” said one of the performers, Angeliza Ampeloquio, who is a choir member from the Isabang Congregation. — With assistance from Oscar Sulit Jr. and Denise Dejelo
