A total of 1,130 guests attended the district-wide evangelical mission hosted by the Ecclesiastical District of Sultan Kudarat, Philippines, on July 27 & 28, 2026. The two-day evangelical mission was part of the district’s commemoration for the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s 112th anniversary.

On July 27, 23 local congregations, including Tacurong City, the main congregation in the district, held the evangelistic activities. The next day, 18 more local congregations held theirs.

Brother Ildefonso A. Migalang Jr., district supervising minister, led the evangelical mission at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Tacurong City while Brother Joel Colegio, assistant district supervising minister, at the house of worship of the Adarna Local Congregation

“We are delighted that, across the district, more than a thousand guests attended this activity,” enthused Brother Ronaldo Roldan, district Light of Salvation overseer. “This is a manifestation of God’s blessings to the efforts of the brethren as we commemorate the Church’s anniversary.”

“I’ve come to realize from the lesson how vital it is to join the Church Of Christ in order to share in the promised inheritance—eternal life and dwelling in the kingdom of God,” remarked guest Eugene Etable in the Columbio Local Congregation.

“I’m honored to have been invited to this gathering tonight during which I learned about God’s words,” said another guest with the name Sally Unday, who attended at the Esperanza Local Congregation house of worship, adding, “Among these teachings, I clearly understood that faith alone is insufficient for salvation, as joining the true Church is necessary for salvation.” — With assistance from Roberto Telano Jr.
