As part of their commemoration of the 112th anniversary of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) on July 27, 2026, all of the local congregations, extensions, and group worship services (GWS) in the Ecclesiastical District of Palawan conducted an evangelical missions on that very date.

In preparation for the event, members of the said congregations distributed a total of over 900 copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine in their respective neighborhoods, inviting everyone given the magazine to listen to the proclamation of the pure gospel to be held in their respective houses of worship.

“The purpose of this activity is to share God’s words with people,” Brother Esmeraldo S. Sibuma, district supervising minister, said in an interview. “The brethren tirelessly help share the faith so that all people may be saved by knowing the truth.”

Brother Sibuma officiated at the house of worship of the Tagburos Congregation. His fellow ministers who constitute the district leadership, as well as resident ministers and ministerial workers led the study of God’s words in the rest of houses of worship.

In their preaching, they proved from the Bible that in these last days, it is the Church Of Christ was given the right to worship the only true God, the Father in heaven, and the hope for salvation on the nearing Judgment Day.

Ask for her comment, a guest from Barangay Tagburos named Nicole Nievesia Bayabay, said, “I noticed that the topic was strictly Bible-based, focusing on worshiping the Father in heaven, and contrasting it with the worship of false gods. I definitely wanted to learn more.”

“The teaching from the Bible was very clear,” Roberto Patero, another guest, remarked. “I [have] decided to continue listening to know more about God’s teachings in the Church.”

On behalf of the district, Brother Sibuma added, “We thank God for His continuous love and the Church’s growth for 112 years now. Praise be to God.”
