Aimed at reminding and further equipping them with necessary skills, Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Carcar City, Cebu, Philippines, gathered for a seminar that was held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Carcar City on June 27, 2026.

Sent by the Church Administration to lead the activity were Brothers Reino Bilang and Leosario Villanueva, ministers of the gospel. Through lectures and discussions, they reminded the Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, and Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers regarding the scope of their responsibilities, such as proper coordination, and fulfilling every task in accordance with God’s commands and rules. Assisting them was Brother Vyron Facinag, district CFO overseer.

Brother Bilang also lectured on the purpose of Church duties, emphasizing that officers must remain devoted in fulfilling their God-given responsibilities. He likewise discussed the proper use of Church forms and procedures to help officers effectively carry out their assignments.

The seminar concluded with a dialogue and question-and-answer session, during which officers from the different CFO organizations were given the opportunity to raise concerns, seek guidance, and discuss practical ways of addressing challenges encountered in fulfilling their duties.

“This seminar serves as a timely reminder for Church officers to remain steadfast and united in fulfilling their responsibilities,” said Brother Facinag. “Through activities such as this, they continue to receive guidance that will help them better serve the brethren under their care.”

Ryan Jay Delos Trico, KADIWA president of Naga Congregation, expressed his appreciation for the seminar. “The discussions helped me better understand my responsibilities as an officer,” he said. “I am inspired to become more diligent in fulfilling my duty.” — With assistance from Arcel D. Lubugan
