From being an extension of the Malagasang Congregation for 10 years, Dexterville Legacy has become a full-fledged local congregation upon approval of the Church Administration.

Brother Eli C. Hebrew, supervising minister of the Ecclesiastical District of Cavite in the Philippines, officiated at the worship service that marked the establishment of the Dexterville Legacy Congregation, which was held on May 21, 2026.

In the Bible-based lesson that he delivered, he emphasized that staying steadfast in the true faith as members of the true Church Of Christ amid life’s challenges ensures their being worthy of receiving the eternal life on Judgment Day.

After the homily, Brother Philip Fernandez, district Church officers overseer, administered the oath-taking of newly appointed officers to lead the new congregation.

“It used to be an extension. But, as the number of brethren and officers here has grown so much, it has also grown into a local congregation,” shared choir member, Averie Estipona.

“We’ve been anticipating and praying for this to happen,” said head deacon, Ramir Bitangkol. “I will continue leading the brethren. I will always strive to edify their faith.”

“The brethren’s unity with the noble aim of the Church Administration that the true Church be made known to more people as possible is what paved the way for this progress,” attested resident ministerial worker, Brother Mac Daniel. “We thank so much the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for his continuous concern [for our sakes].”
