Volunteer workers from the Iglesia Ni Cristo Central Office, specifically those in the Printing Section of the Church’s Evangelism Department, hosted an evangelical mission at Tagumpay I Congregation’s house of worship, Rodriguez District, on May 25, 2026. The evangelistic activity drew nearly 1,000 guests. Brother Bienvenido A. Santiago Jr., minister of the gospel, officiated.

Following a prayer led by Brother Sandoz M. Oñeza, district Light of Salvation overseer, Brother Santiago emphasized from the Bible the value of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) for man’s salvation, since the Lord Jesus Christ established this and that He is its Savior.

“The preaching was clear and I learned that the Church Of Christ is indeed important,” expressed guest Mercedes Advintula. In a separate interview, Jennilyn Gomez, a Catholic member, shared, “Brethren were nice and approachable, and the gathering was organized.”

“My wife and I did our best to bring our nonmember friends tonight,” said Bayani Grantoza, a volunteer worker in the Printing Section. He added, “From Payatas, we travelled to our guests’ residence in Holy Spirit, Quezon City, to personally hand them Pasugo magazines and invitations to the evangelical mission. Thankfully, they all came.” Bayani and his wife, Coney, were able to bring along 11 guests.

Bayani, together with his wife, promised to “remain zealous in helping others learn the truth upheld in the Church Of Christ, so that they too will have the chance of being saved on Judgment Day.”

Guests who arrived early were ushered to the nearby covered court within the Tagumpay Housing of the INC and were treated with lively and entertaining performances by musical bands composed of Printing Section’s talented workers. Aside from this, there were interactive games and a photobooth mounted within the venue for Church members and nonmembers alike to enjoy. — With assistance from Eric Jun G. Ramirez
