In unity with the Church Administration’s effort in spreading the gospel, the Local Congregation of Southville in the Ecclesiastical District of Rodriguez, Rizal in the Philippines, held an evangelical mission at Phase 1 Covered Court on May 8, 2026. This was their way of commemorating the 140th birth anniversary of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, God’s Messenger in these last days.

The said evangelistic event, which drew more than 300 guests, was officiated at by Brother Ferdinand Lopez, the resident minister. He highlighted using the Bible the value of becoming a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), and remaining faithful therein, to receive salvation on Judgment Day.

“I want others to experience firsthand how blessed it is to become a Church Of Christ member, for we have the right to serve God and be heard by Him whenever we pray,” shared Mhargies Rance, a deaconess and officer of Society of Communicators and Networkers International.

Harvey Ibarra, a local Technical Support for Videostreaming officer, helps his friends and loved ones to learn the biblical truths being upheld in the Church because he wants them to be saved. “This is why I’m very persistent in guiding them to the true faith while there is time left.”

“We are glad for this is God’s work manifested in us,” expressed Brother Lopez. He also added, “We will always be united in sharing the gospel for what can benefit people in a lifetime is the biblical truth that can lead them to receiving eternal life.”

The Southville Congregation is part of the newly established Rodriguez Ecclesiastical District, which was formed last January 2026. Currently, Brother Reynaldo G. Arizala Jr. is its district supervising minister. — With assistance from Clementino Raboy
