The Local Congregation of Neepawa commemorated its eighth anniversary recently by conducting an evangelical mission in Roxy Theatre at 219 Hamilton Street, Neepawa, Manitoba, Canada on February 7, 2026.

Before the study of God’s words, Manitoba District secretary Brother Keith Pamatmat led the opening prayer. Then, district supervising minister Brother Roland W. Andrade taught the biblical truth concerning the importance of the true Church Of Christ for man’s salvation—the Lord Jesus Christ redeemed its members through His blood, which is why they are the ones who will be saved on Judgment Day. District edification overseer Brother Ramil Macaspac II led the closing prayer.

“Through the help of God, I was able to bring along four of my friends,” shared Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN) member Rowel Tanedo.

“This activity is important because it shows our obedience to God’s will to share the faith to others. Furthermore, it edifies the faith of the brethren,” said district Light Of Salvation overseer Brother Aeriel Catingub.

One of the guests, Lee‑James Giron, expressed, “The minister preached well, clearly reading verses from the Bible. I’m willing to learn more about the Church. I was also pleased with the performances of the brethren.” Head secretary Annabelle Samia who invited Giron, shared, “I joined the weeklong devotional prayers in our congregation to ask earnestly for God’s help and success. Thankfully, I was able to invite him, my co‑worker.”

Right after the evangelical mission, a short program and socializing were held also in commemoration of the congregation’s anniversary in January. Aside from performances featuring INC original music, brethren bonded with guests over games and delectable foods. The occasion concluded with a prayer led by head deacon Erwin Samia. — With assistance from district multimedia
