To commemorate their congregation’s 10th anniversary, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members in the Local Congregation of Tinmark in the Ecclesiastical District of Rizal, in the Philippines, held a concert on June 29, 2025 at Floodway Fishport covered court.
The congregation’s Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers organized the activity. After a prayer he led, ministerial worker Brother Jake Vincent Abana gave the opening remarks.
Afterwards, Church members in attendance witnessed solo and chorale performances of talented brethren featuring INC original music, such as From That Day On, Ako Ngayon ay Iglesia Ni Cristo (I Am Now A Member of the Church Of Christ), and Ngayon Na (Now Is The Time).
Chorale groups were that of the Society of Communicators and Networkers (SCAN) members and officers, who showcased their rendition of Tutupad Pa Rin (I Will Remain Performing My Duty); Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers and members, accompanied by some Binhi members, performed People of God, Give Him Glory, Magpapasakop sa Namamahala sa Iglesia (We Will Submit to the Church Administration), and Kabataang Iglesia Ni Cristo (Youth Members in the Church Of Christ); and Tinmark One Voice Choir, the congregation’s chorale group, sang Maligayang Wakas (Joyful End) and Sa Tahanan Mo Mamalagi (In Your House Remain).
“I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of our local congregation’s celebration,” shared choir member Meagan Jase Arbilo. On behalf of the choral group she belongs to, she added that “all our sacrifices, effort, time and energy rendered for our rehearsals were all worth it.”
Among all the performances she witnessed, KADIWA member Mary Rose Ann Bebit liked most CWS members’ chorale pieces because “seeing them perform and offer God praises at their young age is truly delighting.” Buklod member Aileen Naral attested, “Activities such as this not only bring joy but also make us even more active in participating in all Church activities.”
Resident minister Brother Ralph Ericson Coneras said on behalf of the brethren entrusted to his care: “As more years are added to our local congregation, we will remain united with the Church Administration by actively participating in all the Church’s endeavors so as to please God and thereby ensure our salvation.” — With reports from Nash Jhon Nitural
