Church Of Christ members from Maritimes, Rideau, and Greater Montreal regions of the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa in Canada conducted a Welcome, My Brethren activity on February 14, 2021.
Held via videoconferencing, the program started with music video performances of talented brethren throughout the district. Online group games followed. Then, Church officers prepared a welcoming performance dedicated to prospective members and guests. Some interviews with the newly baptized brethren and current doctrinal instructees were also shown in a video presentation.
In conclusion, the district supervising minister, Brother Jose Razon II, encouraged the attendees with the words of God, especially the doctrinal instructees and guests, as they continue in their journey for the truth about God and His will.
The doctrinal instructees affirmed their hope of being baptized. Some guests enlisted to undergo doctrinal instructions. Likewise grateful, the Church members said that their bond of brotherhood was strengthened. — With reports from INC News Section
