As proof of God’s granting success to the propagational efforts of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the countries in Northern Europe in recent months, their ecclesiastical district conducted a series of baptisms in April 2022 in multiple venues.
On April 30, the prospective members from Helsinki, Finland received their much-awaited baptism at the congregation’s place of worship. The sacred occasion was led by the district Light of Salvation (LOS) overseer, Brother Roland Pineda.
In Sweden, on the same day, Brother Oliver Naguit, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, officiated the baptism of new converts at the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Stockholm, Sweden.
A fortnight earlier, on April 15, new members were added into the Church in Romania during the baptism held earlier at the Bucharest Congregation’s place of worship. Brother Gerald Barcebal, a minister of the gospel, led the holy occasion at the congregation.
In an interview, Brother Barcebal remarked on the importance to Church Of Christ members of fulfilling their God-given duty to spread the true faith, “It is important to remain dedicated and united in the intensive work of propagation because the day of our salvation is near. Together with the brethren, we’ll continue to be united with the Church Administration in sharing our faith so that many more people will have the right to receive salvation on Judgment Day,” he said. — With reports from INC News Section
