On February 20, 2022, more people received baptism into the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), which was administered in the Ecclesiastical District of Southern Ontario.
The fruits of the propagational efforts of the various local congregations in this part of Canada, expressed joy in having successfully finished probation and becoming full-fledged members of the Church Of Christ.
On that day, the candidates for baptism gathered at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Mississauga West, Ontario for the momentous occasion. There, they received further instruction in biblical teachings from Brother Raul Adalla, the district supervising minister. They were reminded of the great importance of receiving the true baptism for the attainment of everlasting life in the Holy City when Jesus Christ returns.
Among those who were baptized was Mark Gregory Dymock from the Local Congregation of London, Ontario. Thankful for being blessed to receive the rights and privileges of becoming a Church member, he recalled: “I wanted to learn the true words of God. I also wanted to be led to the right direction. And through the Bible studies on doctrines, I understand that this is the path that I have to take for me to be saved.”
Now a full-fledged member of the true Church, he expressed resolve to encourage those looking for the truth to “come into the Church Of Christ. Learn the truth about God, listen to the doctrines, go to the worship services, and understand that they need to be in the Church Of Christ for them to be saved.” — With reports from INC News Section
