Church members in the Ecclesiastical District of Calgary in Canada started off the year 2021 by conducting a baptism on January 10 at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Downtown, Alberta.
Before the actual baptism, Brother Rolando Gaviola, district supervising minister, led the preaching of the words of God. Through the Holy Scriptures, he reminded those in attendance the great importance of receiving the holy baptism inside the true Church. He also taught about the characteristics that those to be baptized should have.
Despite the world’s current condition, the brethren’s unwavering faith in this part of the world is a testament that they are united with the Church Administration in the intensive works of propagation. They are very thankful to God for this added blessing and promise to continue to share their faith so many more people will know the truth and receive the hope of salvation on Judgment Day.
Brethren ensured all health protocols were strictly followed.
