Monuments to EVM’s dynamic leadership

The rapid growth of the Iglesia Ni Cristo today is evident not just in the beautiful and magnificent houses of worship doting the Philippine landscape and beginning to bloom in other countries but also in the landscape of the Central Office Complex in Quezon City.

In the first decade of the administration of Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the vicinity of the Central Office building underwent major developments characterized by the construction of various office buildings and other structures. They also serve as testaments to the dynamic leadership of Brother Eduardo Manalo as he effectively addresses the ever growing concerns of the Church.

Here are the infrastructure projects at no. 1 Central Avenue completed during the first ten years of Brother Eduardo Manalo’s administration.

The INC Engineering and Construction Department office building where the construction of houses of worship as well as other Church edifices are planned and designed.

The Pilar Manalo-Danao Multimedia Center (PMD) is home to the Iglesia Ni Cristo Production Company (INCPC), INC Radio, Graphics and Design Department, and the Music Department of the Church.

The Honorata G. Manalo (HGM) building, named after the wife of Brother Felix Y. Manalo, this building currently houses the INC Legal Department, some offices of the Finance Department, and the Pasugo Editorial office.

The Salvador G. Manalo (SGM) Building is situated within the Iglesia Ni Cristo Central Office complex. The four-storey building was built by the Church to answer the need for more office spaces of the Finance Department.

Multi-level Parking—Inaugurated on May 7, 2012, the seven-level building provides ample space for the ministers and volunteer workers holding office at the Iglesia Ni Cristo Central Office Complex.

Iglesia Ni Cristo Historical Marker unveiled on July 24, 2014, for the commemoration of the 100th year of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). Given by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP), it is a testament to the significance of the Church Of Christ to the history of the Philippines.
