During their special gathering held on January 22, 2021 through videoconferencing, the Binhi members from the Ecclesiastical District of Western Europe received guidance from the words of the Lord God regarding their daily living as Christians.
In application of the biblical teachings he preached, Brother Marvin Adriano, district supervising minister, reminded the youths to be careful in using the things of this world such as the Internet and the dangers of using social media.
“This is for the youth of the Church not to be influenced by the false teachings of this world, which can push them away from our Lord God,” said Brother Jaereb Tongol, ministerial worker assigned in Geneva, Switzerland Congregation.
Feeling the concern of the Church Administration in warning them about the dangers in this world, Crissa Dayo, from the Local Congregation of Marseille, France, expressed: “I am blessed in being a member of the Church Of Christ. This special gathering for us is very important, for us to be reminded of our Lord God’s commandments.”
“This is their guide in the right path of life, for them to live a life that is pure in the sight of our God, because that is the key for young people to be blessed in this life or have a good future. Especially to be worthy in receiving eternal life,” Brother Tongol added, grasping how important it is for them, the youth, to receive God’s words.
For one, these are their guiding light as they fulfill their sacred obligations in unity with the Administration of the Church.
Dennison Perez, a Binhi officer from Paris, France Local Congregation, said, “In unity with the Church Administration in the activities they are launching, we have the duty to encourage the Binhi members to be active in their worship and services to God.” — With reports from INC News Section
