Through the supervision of Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) Christian Family Organizations (CFO) remains an efficient tool of the Church Administration in keeping the brethren’s faith strong and at the same time helping them in various aspects in their lives.
In this time of the pandemic, the multifarious activities launched by the CFO Office have helped the brethren cope with life’s many challenges as such activities gave families meaningful bonding moments that strengthened their hope for God’s promised blessings. Thus, husbands and wives remain God-fearing couples, the youth become well-prepared for their future, and children are guided with proper conduct.
Here is a glance at some of the various activities launched in the Church Of Christ for the members of the various Christian Family Organizations for the year 2021.
JANUARY

Young brethren from the Local Congregation of Laoag City, Ecclesiastical District of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte learned to make personalized coin banks in a Pagsamba Ng Kabataan (PNK) activity dubbed “PNK Alkansiya making” on January 2, 2021.

The KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Valladolid, Negros Occidental gathered at Reclamation Area in Barangay 1, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental to participate in a fun walk on January 9, 2021.

The KADIWA district officers spearheaded a KADIWA meet and greet activity on January 17, 2021. Young brethren from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical Districts of Southern Europe, Spain, Milan, and the Mediterranean joined virtually through videoconferencing.

The Christian Employees Association (CEA) in the Ecclesiastical District of Batac City, Ilocos Norte conducted a livelihood seminar on January 18, 2021 at Igama Colleges Foundation Inc. in Badoc, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.

Members of the CEA from the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan shared timely entrepreneurial knowledge to small business owners in a seminar held on January 26, 2021.
FEBRUARY

To increase their knowledge about autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Binhi members from the Ecclesiastical District of New York attended an awareness seminar on autism through videoconferencing on February 6, 2021.

Buklod and KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Masbate learned basic laws and human rights during a seminar held at the Local Congregation of EGM’s house of worship on February 28, 2021.
MARCH

A blood donation activity was held on March 2, 2021 at the Barangay Hall of Tinago, Naga City. It was jointly sponsored by the Society of Communicators and Networkers International (SCAN) and the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) in Naga City, Camarines Sur District.

Youth members from the Ecclesiastical District of Bataan participated in the district level KADIWA and Binhi board games and basketball shooting challenge on March 13, 2021.

CFO officers from the Local Congregation of Kabankalan City in the Ecclesiastical District of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental led a fun cycling activity on March 20, 2021, as part of the commemoration of the congregation’s 64th anniversary.
APRIL

Teen members from the Ecclesiastical District of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija participated in a Binhi Cares activity on April 4, 2021. Binhi members handed out Pasugo: God’s Message magazines, religious pamphlets, face masks, and face shields.

The PNK or Children’s Worship Service (CWS) from the Ecclesiastical District of Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija held a coloring activity on April 4, 2021. Kids were taught to color cartoon figures of Church officers whom they wish to become when they grow up.

Brethren from the Ecclesiastical District of Southern Africa participated in the regional cooking challenge on April 17, 2021. Eight districts competed via videoconferencing and showed the brethren’s skills in cooking.
MAY

On May 1, 2021. Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, and PNK members from the Ecclesiastical District of Central joined in the CFO Day activities via videoconferencing.

The CWS members from the Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan South commemorated CFO Day on May 1, 2021 learning a godly virtue and an art lesson by watching INCKids online.

KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Calgary showed their talent in visual arts through an online Art Exhibition and Competition on May 2, 2021. Young brethren presented the paintings and sculptures they made.

The CFO officers from the Local Congregation of Balite, Ecclesiastical District of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija spearheaded a clean-up drive and tree planting activity along the roadside of Barangay Sapang, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines on May 13, 2021.

CFO district officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Koronadal City, South Cotabato conducted a cervical cancer prevention awareness seminar on May 17, 2021. The CFO in the district endeavored to impart knowledge to the Buklod and KADIWA members.

CEA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Eastern Samar helped share the faith through online Pasugo drive on May 24, 2021. Brethren never cease to intensify the work of propagation to bring more people to salvation on Judgment Day.

The Local Congregation of Sto. Domingo, Ecclesiastical District of Nueva Vizcaya, facilitated the Emergency Response Training (ERT) basic first aid seminar on May 29, 2021.
JUNE

Getting ready for the Tagisan ng Talino (Battle of Wits) regional finals, PNK members and officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Carcar City, Cebu picked their champion through a district level competition on June 6, 2021.

Christian Society for the Deaf (CSD) leadership from the Ecclesiastical District of General Santos City, South Cotabato inspired KADIWA and Binhi members to gain new knowledge through a sign language virtual seminar on June 20, 2021.

On June 22, 2021, the CFO of the Ecclesiastical District of Maguindanao held the district finals of the Songs of Faith, Love, and Hope (SOFLAH). Brethren vied under the categories of CWS, Binhi, KADIWA, and Buklod, and Elderly.
JULY

On July 3, 2021 the district level competitions in literary and the visual arts were held in the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Cauayan City, Ecclesiastical District of Isabela East and streamed live to various local congregations.

Amid the pandemic, the CWS members from the Ecclesiastical District of Australia East found joy in participating in the online CWS Day on July 4, 2021.

Making the most of the summer season with the family and loved ones, the brethren from the Local Congregation of Regina, Saskatchewan and the Moosejaw, Saskatchewan Group Worship Service (GWS) in the Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba participated in an “international” food fair on July 18, 2021.

Just days after attending the Thanksgiving worship services for the 107th founding anniversary of the Church Of Christ, Davaoeño brethren from the Ecclesiastical District of Davao City gathered virtually to celebrate the anniversary through an online INConcert on July 27, 2021.
AUGUST

Brethren with talent in singing were discovered in the SOFLAH grand finals online edition held in the Local Congregation of Tarlac City, in the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac on August 1, 2021.

To reinforce this Christian value to the KADIWA members in the Ecclesiastical District of Capas, Tarlac in the Philippines, an online seminar dubbed “Why Kindness Matters” was held on August 8, 2021.

The leadership of the Christian Brotherhood International (CBI) in the Metro Manila East District sponsored a Taekwondo online seminar on August 14, 2021. CBI members from Mandaluyong, Marikina, Pasig, and San Juan participated.

To help the brethren remain active in the faith in the midst of the pandemic, the CFO leadership from the Ecclesiastical District of Cotabato North continues to hold Tagisan ng Talino quiz―PNK and Family editions on August 21, 2021.

A netiquette seminar was held at the Local Congregation of Valencia City, Ecclesiastical District of Bukidnon on August 23, 2021. The activity, which was led by Brother Rolando Puspos, the district CFO overseer, was streamed live to other local congregations in the district.

After wrapping up the production of its 2021 INCinema entry titled, “Even Here There Is Light”, the Ecclesiastical District of Orange County in California held its premiere on August 29, 2021 at the Century Stadium 25 and XD [Century Theatres] in Anaheim, California, USA.
SEPTEMBER

The CFO members from the Ecclesiastical District of Iloilo North joined the CFO Competitive Activity online games on September 5, 2021.

The INCinema Regional Awards held on September 12, 2021, recognized the talents and teamwork of the brethren. The Ecclesiastical District of South Korea hosted the activity through videoconferencing which was joined by the districts of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Nagoya, and Tokyo, Japan.

On September 19, 2021, the leadership of the KADIWA organization in the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan North sponsored an online seminar on cyber safety for its members.

The 2021 INCinema entry of Western Europe District entitled “Le Meilleur Est À Venir” (The Best is Yet to Come), paid off handsomely as the district bagged multiple awards in the regional EVM Awards held online on September 19, 2021.

On September 26, 2021 the regionals of Songs of Faith, Love, and Hope (SOFLAH) singing competition brought together representatives from the districts of Australia East, Australia West, Malaysia, Micronesia, New Zealand, Sabah, and Thailand.
OCTOBER

On October 4, 2021, KADIWA and Binhi members joined the simultaneous gardening activities. The Church-wide project Gulayan sa Bakuran (backyard gardening) continues to flourish and benefit brethren from Ecclesiastical District of Zambales North.

On October 30, 2021, the Ecclesiastical District of Negros Oriental held “This is KADIWA” in connection with the Church-wide commemoration of the 48th founding anniversary celebration of the said organization.

The Excellence in Visual Media Awards (EVM Awards) for the year 2021 was held at the Iglesia Ni Cristo Museum, Quezon City, Philippines on October 31, 2021. The Church’s annual awarding event for aspiring filmmakers and film artists was streamed live on all the media platforms, from TV, Radio, and Internet.
NOVEMBER

The leadership of the CFO from the Local Congregation of Bastille, France, in the Ecclesiastical District of Western Europe organized a friendly bowling tournament on November 7, 2021, at Bowling de Courbevoie at 15 Rue Auguste Beau, Courbevoie, Paris, France.

Brethren who emerged as winners in the elimination rounds held in various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Zamboanga del Sur finally faced off on November 10, 2021, in the district finals of the CFO-sponsored competitive activities.

The activity dubbed “Make Your Kindness Contagious,” was held on November 13, 2021 to reinforce to the children from the Ecclesiastical District of Quezon City the value of being kind.
DECEMBER

KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia participated in the CFO-sponsored painting and drawing activity on December 5, 2021.

CWS Kids, from the the Ecclesiastical District of Mediterranean participated in the “CWS Bookmark Making” activity on December 12, 2021, through videoconferencing.

CWS kids from the ecclesiastical districts of Australia East, Australia West, Malaysia, Micronesia, New Zealand, Sabah, and Thailand vied in the regional Tagisan ng Talino (battle of the wits) on December 12, 2021.
All CFO activities this year have proven to be excellent avenues in keeping the brethren’s faith radiant, their love earnest, and their hope ever alive. Always reminded that the time of the fulfillment of their redemption is truly near, the faithful members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) continue actively taking part in various meaningful endeavors initiated by the CFO, knowing that doing so brings them closer to God and to the attainment of His promised eternal life. ― With reports from INC News Section
